When both girls reached the inside of the palace, they separate and Eris headed to her wing in the southern part of the palace, and Selena headed to hers in the northern part of the palace.
As Eris entered her wing and headed towards her chambers all of the chambers that were in there were decorated in many shades of purple to match the colors in her hair and each held something different in them. Her chambers were the last door in her wing, and when she went inside the chamber it was also adorned in purples.As Selena entered her own wing and headed towards her chambers all the chambers that were in there were of many different colors and held different things in them, but Selena’s favorite was her chambers in the middle of her wing. The chamber was adorned in reds, blues, and gold to match the colors of Selena’s hair, and eyes, and it connected with her very own hot spring.

After a while of resting, Eris goes to Selena’s wing to see what she was going to do now that their training was over for the day. She came up to Selena’s door and knocked.
Already knowing who it was knocking on her door Selena called to her from inside the chamber. “Enter Eris.”
Eris hearing her sisters’ reply entered Selena’s chamber and noticed that she was standing just inside her bathing chamber and was brushing out her hair. She took a quick look around her sister’s chamber and then sits down on a small sofa that was leaning against the wall.
“So Selena, have you decided what you’re going to do now that you’re finished training for the day?” She asked as she saw Selena coming out of her bathing chamber.
“I haven’t, was just thinking about that actually,” Selena replied sitting down in front of her vanity. “How about we go ridding, I haven’t done that in a while?” She asked her sister while looking at her through her mirror.
She thought about it a moment and said, “Hn that sounds like a great idea, but if it’s ok with you. Could I wear a pair of your riding clothes?” She asked hopefully.
Selena smirked, looked at her and asked, “Sure, but what happened to the ones you have?
“Oh nothing, I just wanted to wear something different, and I like your style of clothing better than my own.” She replied with a slight blush to her face.
Giggling lightly she turned back around to face her vanity mirror and answered her. “Alright you may borrow some, but you must return them when you’re done.”
“Yay!” Eris said jumping up from the sofa, heading to her closet looking for an outfit.
Giggling again at her sisters’ childish behavior, Selena goes back to fixing herself up. Suddenly there was a knock on her door, knowing who it was she answered anyway. “Who is it?” She asked.
“It’s me and Delos, can we come in?” Sierra asked from the outside of her door.
Selena sighed and replied, “It’s may I come in Sierra, and yes you may come in.”
When the door opened Selena and Eris turned too looked at them.
When Selena's eyes looked upon Delos her hands became sweaty and her heart started beating faster, he was beautiful. He’s a red Inu chaiura that had become her friend along time ago. He was wearing a dark blue hakama and haori set with a slightly lighter juban underneath with his viridian hair tied in a low ponytail down his back. He had black boots on his feet and carried a sword by his side. Normally he would be wearing armor, but today he was in normal clothing as she looked to Sierra to see her getting ready to sit on her bed.
“Hey Selena,” Sierra looked to her left. “Hey, Eris.” She said to them as she sat down on Selena‘s bed. Sierra is an Inuli, a half Inu half black lion chaiura that has long beautiful blue hair with black streaks that she had in a ponytail at the base of her neck. She was wearing a royal purple hakama and haori set with a goldenrod colored juban underneath it, and the same colored obi around her waist.
“Hey,” Eris replied as she turned back and continued looking for an outfit.
As soon as Delos entered the chamber his eyes landed on Selena, she was just as gorgeous as ever. Her red hair was put up in a high ponytail with a few small braids adorning it. She was wearing a yellow-orange hakama and haori set with a red-orange juban underneath it, and a light blue obi to tie the whole thing together. Black boots were on her feet, and her armor was in place on her shoulders and chest. He smiled as he walked over to her to greet her.
“Good day my lady.” He said taking Selena’s hand and kissing it. “How have you been doing since the last time we saw each other?” He asked.
“Good day to you as well. I haven’t been doing very much since you left, just a lot of training for the competition.” She replied.
“Ah I see, are you prepared for it then?” He asked sitting on a chair next to her.
“As prepared as I’ll ever be I guess.” She replied and then turned her attention to her other sister. “So Sierra, what did you want?” She asked.
Sierra shrugged her shoulders and replied. “Nothing really, I just wanted to let the two of you know that I was back from training, and to let you know Delos was here.”
Selena nodded and said, “Thank you.” She then turned to face her sister and asked, “So, did you learn anything while you were away?” She smirked and crossed her arms waiting for her response.
“I learned a lot thank you very much,” Sierra said crossing her own arms with a huff.
“Yeah well we’ll just see about that now won’t we?” She turned to look at Eris still looking through her closet. “Girl, you still haven’t found an outfit yet?” She asked
“Nope still looking.” She replied still looking through the closet.
Sierra looked back and forth between her sisters before shaking her head asking. “So what are you two going to do now that you’re done training for the day?”
“We were thinking about going riding,” Eris replied as she pulled out an outfit. “Ah-ha found one!” She said excitedly.
Selena looked over at Eris’s choice and giggled, she had pulled out an outfit with a violet hakama and haori and it had a light purple juban that went underneath and a silver obi.
“Oooh that sounds like fun can I join you?” Sierra asked excitedly.
“Sure I guess so, go get changed and meet us in the stables.” She turned to Delos. “You may come too if you wish.” She said.
“Okay,” Sierra said getting up from her place and walking out the door heading to her own wing.
After Sierra left the chamber, and Eris went into her bathing chamber to change Selena turned to Delos awaiting his answer.
Once the sisters were off doing their own things for the moment Delos turned himself fully towards her and said, “I would love to come along with you.” She seemed nervous so he smirked at her and playfully asked. “Why are you so nervous my lady.”
“I am not nervous.” She said quickly, both of them knowing she was lying by her scent change.
“Oh come now, I can see that you are.” He said smirking. “No matter, I will join you down in the stables in about ten minutes ok.”
“Ok see you there.” She nodded to him as he got up from his chair and headed towards the stable to wait for his beautiful woman.
As soon as Eris and Selena were done getting ready, they headed down to the stables to meet the others. When they entered the stables Eris turns and goes off to get her horse ready, and Selena noticing Delos getting his horse ready goes over to Delos and lightly taps him on the shoulder to get his attention.
Knowing Selena and her sister were heading to the stables, Delos begins to get his horse ready when he feels Selena tap his shoulder and turns to her.
“So Delos, is that your horse?” She asked looking up at the tall horse.
“Yep, that’s my horse.” He replied finishing up his horse. The horse was white with a black mane and tail with a few black specks on his bottom by his tail.
“He’s beautiful.” She said walking up to pet him. She giggled when the horse nudges her hand.
“He’s not as beautiful as you are.” He said as he put a hand on her shoulder.
“Hn…” She couldn’t speak. When she felt his hand on her shoulder it felt so good, and she started blushing at his closeness. Then she whistled for her own horse, as soon as she did a light brown horse with a white mane and tail came in from outside.
“Whoa, that’s your horse, what’s her name?” He asked her with a surprised look on his face.
“Her name is Bara.” She said reaching up to pet her and began getting her ready.
“Rose great name, it suits her very well.” He said while looking at her.
She smirked and replied, “Thanks.” She turns to the others and sees Eris getting a horse ready. “Eris are you done getting a horse ready yet?” She asked.
“Yeah almost done, I just have to put reigns on Arashi.” She responded back as she continued to get her horse ready.
Selena raised a brow and this and asked, “Arashi? Are you sure you can ride him? You know he was father's horse, and we all know that he was difficult for even father to tame him.”
“Yes I can, I’ve tamed him quite well actually.” She answers as she finished getting her horse ready. Arashi is a beautiful dark grey horse, with beautiful light grey mane and tail.
"Alright then,” Selena responds as she finishes putting the finishing touches on her horse, and then she looks around for Sierra. “Sierra, are you done picking out your horse yet?” She asked
“Yes I have, I’m going to ride this one,” Sierra replied as she brings the horse from around the stall.
“Sierra, you know that you can’t ride that horse, now go put her back and pick another,” Selena instructed with a sigh.
“Oh alright.” She said sadly as she walked off to put the horseback and picked out another, and began getting it ready.
Delos was curious as to why Sierra couldn’t use that horse, so he walks over to Selena to ask her and taps her shoulder to get her attention.
“Huh, oh I’m sorry Delos I spaced out a little bit.” She said with a light blush on her face.
“It’s no problem, I was just wondering why Sierra couldn’t ride that horse she picked out.” He asked.
“She can’t ride that horse because that’s my mother’s horse and she doesn’t want anyone but her riding her.” She explained.
“Ah ok.” He turns to the others. “So is everyone ready?” He asked looking around.
“I’m ready.” Eris and Selena said at once.
“I’m ready too,” Sierra said finally with the right horse.
They all gathered their horses and headed outside with them. After everyone got their horses outside they began mounting them.
“Great are we all ready?” Selena asked from her horse, looking at everyone.
“We’re all ready,” Delos said with a nod of his head.
“Alright then let’s get going,” Selena said as the horse leaped up on its hind legs and took off, with everyone following but Sierra.
“Hey, wait up you guys!” She said trying to catch up to them, but the horse wasn’t fast enough and they disappeared from her sight. “That’s it I give up trying to catch up to them. I’m going back.” She said quietly to herself.
Sierra then turned her horse around and began heading back to the stables to put her horse away. When she got back to the stables she went in, put her horse away, and walked back into the palace.
Meanwhile, all the others were going in an unknown location, riding around trying to find something else to do. That was when Delos came up with an idea, and he addressed Selena.
“So Selena, where are we going?” He asked as he brought his horse closer to hers.
“I’m not sure, we just felt like riding around a while to rest from all the training we did today. We never really picked a place to ride too.” She replied.
Thinking for a minute Delos thought about his idea and came up with a solution quickly.
“I know a place where we can go relax, wanna go?” He asked Selena.
“Sure, where do you wanna go?” Selena asked back, looking at him.
“Just follow me, and I’ll show you.” He responded getting ready to lead the way.
“Hey, Selena,” Eris said ridding up next to Selena.
“What’s up?” She asked looking at her.
“I just remembered there was something that I forgot to do before we left, so I’m heading back to the palace.” She said.
“Alright, be careful on your way back ok,” Selena said back.
“I will.” She said as she slowed down her horse.
Eris then turned her horse around and began heading back to the palace. When she entered where the stables were she went in to put her horse away, and then walked back into the palace.
Delos then turns his attention back to Selena and began speaking.
“So are you ready to go relax?” He asked her.
“I sure am.” She answered excitedly.
“Ok follow me.” He said.
Delos then turned his horse slightly and Selena began following him in the direction that he wanted to go in. While they were riding, Selena began hearing someone calling her name, thinking it was her imagination she ignores it and keeps on riding.
After a while of riding she hears the voice again, but this time it was closer, and she slides her horse to a halt and began looking around.
“What’s wrong my lady?” He asked turning his horse around.
“I’m not sure. I thought I heard someone calling my name.” She said and began looking around.
As she continues to scan the area, she suddenly sees someone in the distance coming towards them. Not knowing who it was coming towards them, Delos brought his horse to stand in front of Selena’s to protect her if necessary. Selena watched him from her horse and thought it was very sweet that he was protecting her, she smiled then turned her attention to the person ridding up to them on his horse.
“Ah there you are my lady, I have been looking everywhere for you.” He said out of breath.
“Huh, do you know who this is my lady?” Delos asked looking back at her.
“Yes I do Delos, this is Themis. According to mother, he’s my guardian that was sent by my father when I was younger to look after me.” Selena replied.
Themis is an eagle chaiura that is very tall as he sat high on his horse. He has big powerful wings on his back that were light brown in color that matched his hair. His hair when you looked at it looked like feathers in flight as he shifted in his seat. He has yellow-orange eyes with two light brown stripes on each side of his cheeks. He’s wearing a yellow hakama and haori with orange geometric designs on it, and a dark brown sash that held his sword in place.
“Ah ok,” Delos said as he backed his horse away.
Selena then turns to address her guardian. “Themis, this is Lord Delos you will show him proper respect and address him formally like you do me. Is that clear?” She commanded.
“Yes, my lady.” He said turning to Delos. “My apologies my lord, I meant no disrespect I didn’t know you were a prince.
“It’s quite alright.” He said nodding his head.
“Now what was it that you wanted Themis?” She asked him.
“I came to announce that your father wants to seek an audience with you and your sister Eris.” He replied nervously.
Selena cocked her head to the side in confusion at what she was just told. Her father was alive, but that was impossible her mother told her and all of her siblings that he died when they were younger. So that meant something wasn‘t right about her story. She shook her head to clear her thoughts and asked, “Themis you said that my father wants to see us?”
“Yes, my lady.” He said while watching her reaction.
“So he’s alive then?” She asked hopefully.
“Yes my lady, didn’t you know your father was alive?” He asked while quirking his eyebrow.
“No, I did not. My mother has never mentioned to me that he was alive. In fact, she told me that he died a long time ago.” She said with a sigh.
Now Themis was really worried, he never really knew that the queen never told her pups about their father. He shook his head of his thoughts and said, “Your father is alive my lady, and he asked me personally to escort you and your sister to his palace when you’re ready to see him.”
“Alright then go and tell my father that we will be arriving soon. That should give me enough time to talk with Eris and be on our way. After you talk with my father, come back and escort me and my sister back to his palace.” She said.
“Yes, my lady I shall do as you ask and be back soon to escort you.” He said back.
“Ok then, be off now, and hurry back.” She said with a wave of her hand.
“Yes, my lady.” He said, and then turns and rides off.
Selena didn’t know what was going on, and it was making her angry. Without her knowing she suddenly started to glow and her powers were growing fast.
Delos noticing this walks his horse closer to hers and began speaking softly, “Selena?” He began. When she didn’t respond to his call he addressed her again. “Are you ok my lady, what’s wrong?” He asked more firmly from his horse.
Selena looked at him and then tried to calm herself down. She took a deep breath and said, “Nothing’s wrong yet. I need to go and confront my mother and confirm if what Themis said was true about my father.” She said as calmly as she could.
“I see, would you like me to accompany you?” He asked her.
“I wouldn’t want to bring you into this.” She started to say but he cut her off.
“It’s alright my lady I don’t mind at all.” He said.
“Ok, you may come with me if you wish.” She said turning her horse around.
“Alright then, let’s head back to your palace and we’ll go see your mother.” He said.
“Alright,” Selena responded as the horse leaped up again, and took off towards the palace with Delos close behind.
When the palace came into view, they headed towards the stables, went inside and put away their horses. When they were finished they headed inside the palace to find the queen.
When they got to the throne room they opened the doors and entered, and noticed that the queen was nowhere to be seen, and seeing this made Selena mad.
"Mother! Where are you?” She yelled out growling. For a second time, she began glowing for second revealing marks on her skin. Then the glow died down and disappeared.
“Huh.” He turned and looked at Selena. “What was that?” He asked himself when the light died down. “Selena you must calm down, it’ll be alright. We’ll find her.” He said putting an arm around her waist.
“I‘m trying, but it’s hard to when she lied to me all these years about my father, and now she’s nowhere to be found.” She replied back angrily.
“We’ll find her don’t worry.” He said grabbing her hand in his.
“Sierra!” The queen screamed from down the hall.
“Ah-ha, that’s where she is. She’s in Sierra’s wing.” Selena said smirking and started to turn towards where she heard her mother’s voice.
“I wonder what’s going on.” He asked.
“I was just wondering the same thing.” Selena’s brother Doshi said as he walked up next to her.
Doshi is a blue-green Inu chaiura with long dark jade-colored hair, golden eyes, and is wearing a black hakama and haori with a light gray juban underneath and a light blue sash tied around his waist with black boots on his feet and his sword tucked into his sash.
“Me too,” Eris said walking up to them.
“Mother has been yelling at her for the past hour,” Doshi explained.
“Hn, let’s go see what’s up,” Selena said as she looked back at Delos.
“I don’t know Selena, your mother seems really angry,” Delos said backing off a little.
“Awe what’s wrong Delos; you’re not afraid are ya?” She asked as she turned towards him and smirked.
“I am not,” Delos responded quickly and crossed his arms.
“Alright then, let’s go,” Selena said as she takes him by the hand and leads him upstairs where her mother and Sierra were located. While Eris and Doshi watched the two leave.
When both of them were gone Eris and Doshi went about their business.

When Selena and Delos came closer to where the queen was, they noticed that she was standing outside of Sierra’s door, yelling at her through the door.
Queen Azume is a silver Inu chaiura with long blue hair that falls to the back of her knees that she has put up halfway on her head. She’s currently wearing a knee-length blue sundress and blue flats on her feet.
“Sierra, I’ve told you before. You need to hurry up and get ready, they will be arriving soon.” The queen said beating on Sierra’s door.
“Ah so that’s it, she’s arraigning another ball,” Selena said to herself and walks up to her mother with Delos trailing behind her. “Mother I need to speak with you.”
“Not now Selena, I don’t have the time. I need to get Sierra ready for the ball later.” Azumi said looking back at her while still beating on the door.
“But mother I need to talk to you,” Selena responded with a slight growl to her voice.
“Selena I said not now.” The queen said turning her attention back to Sierra.” Sierra Rose! You will get out here now or so help me I’ll bust this door down, and then you’ll really be in trouble young lady.” She screamed through the door.
The queen heard a cry of frustration from the other side of the door, and when the lock clicked she swung the door open, to meet a very angry and annoyed princess on the other side.
“Fine I’ll wait till your finished mother,” Selena said to her mother with a growl.
“Good, now. “ She turned back to Sierra and heads further into the chamber to talk with her.
Selena and Delos quickly turned and went behind the door to listen in on the conversation.
“Mother, how many times do I have to tell you that I don’t want a mate, especially the one from Tetra.” She growled out.
At the mention of Tetra Delos perked up so he could listen in on more of the conversation in the chamber.
“Also, I’m not going down to greet them either, you can do that on your own, or better yet get my sisters to do it.” She said turning slightly from her mother.
“Sierra leave your sisters out of this. This doesn’t concern them.” She said following her daughters' movements.
“Why doesn’t this concern them too, they are getting mates as I am aren’t they?” She asked turning back to her mother.
“No, not right now, I am more concerned for you to get a mate first.” The queen responded.
At hearing this Selena clenched her hands together and began growling low in her chest. As she did so the lines on her face began to glow again. This time they were more defined.
Feeling her aura spiking again he looked over at Selena and what he saw shocked him. She was on the verge of transforming, and if he didn’t calm her down she would give away her powers.
“Selena you must calm down.” He said quietly to Selena with worry in his voice.
“I will not calm down; this is making me very angry to hear that she doesn’t care.” She snapped at him while growling and clenching her fist even harder making her hands bleed.
Delos turned her to face himself when he scented her blood. “Selena, just calm down, it’s not like you to get this angry.” He said as he grabs her hands to inspect them. “Especially with your mother this close. I know you don’t want to give away your powers just yet.
“You’re right Delos, thank you.” She replied as she took a deep breath to calm herself.
“It’s no problem at all.” He replied licking the blood off her hands.
Selena was in pure bliss as he licked the blood from her hand, it was so simple but if he didn’t stop she would go mad.
Sensing her arousal spiking at the simple act of cleaning her hands he stopped what he was doing. Selena blushed and they both turned and continued to listen to what was going on inside the chamber.
That was when Eris walked up the stairs to Sierra’s wing to see what was going on, and notice Selena and Delos crouched behind the door to Sierra’s chamber trying to hear what was going on inside the chamber.
“Hey Selena, what’s going on?” Eris asked walking towards Selena.
“Shh!” Faster than the eye could see she turned and put a hand to her sister's mouth to silence her. “They are yelling about some ball coming up later,” Selena said quietly so just she could hear her.
Eris nodded her head and then went to stand next to Delos so she could listen in on what was going on inside as well.
Back inside the chamber, the queen was pacing back and forth trying to control her anger, she took a deep breath and faced Sierra saying, “Sierra, you along with your sisters will go down to meet our guest coming here tonight, and you will behave yourself. Is that understood?” She said sternly.
“Ok fine, I’ll do it, but let me ask you this mother. What would happen if I were to decline, or better yet outright blatantly refuse to do as you requested of me?” She asked her mother.
A smirk came over the queen’s face and Sierra became worried.
“Well my dear, I know how much you like your vacations at that resort in the outer galaxy, and how much you love training with your sisters… Well if you do refuse to come down and greet our guest, then you will not be going to that resort until you are old enough to take my place as queen, and then you will not be doing any training until your twenty-fifth birthday.” The queen responded.
“I’ve heard enough.” Selena stands up to leave. “I’m going to wait for her in the throne chamber, Delos I’m sorry that I dragged you into this, do you still wish to accompany me, or do you have something else that you have to do?” She said with a sigh.
“Well actually, my mother just contacted me, and I need to go see her about something, but I’ll be back later.” He responded.
“Ok, I understand.” She said as she turns and starts to walk off when she feels him grab her hand.
“Selena.” He brings her into his embrace. “I will see you later Selena, I promise.” He said as he pulls her away to stare into her face.
“Alright then, be careful ok.” She responded.
“I will my sweet.” He said as he leaned in and kissed her cheek. When he pulled away he noticed the beautiful blush that graced her face and was proud to know he was the one that put it there.
“Good, I’ll see you later then.” She said.
Delos reaches over and takes Selena’s hand in his, kisses it, and turns and walks off with a smile on his face. Selena then turns to Eris waiting behind her patiently with a smirk on her face.
“Oh cut that out Eris,” Selena said putting her arms on her waist.
“What? I didn’t say anything.” She replied with a smirk.
“I knew what you were thinking Eris. Anyways I’m going to wait for mother in the throne chamber. Come to my chambers in a few minutes I have something I need to discuss with you.” She begins to turn away.
“Alright.” She responded as she turns and walks off.
Selena nodded in return and walks to the balcony and sees Delos making his way out of the palace. She waited for a moment until he left, and when he did she made her way to the throne chamber where she would wait for her mother.

Sierra was now in her chamber pacing back in forth as her mother was just doing, she couldn’t believe that her mother was going to do this if she didn’t do what she was told. She looked at her mother and noticed that she was waiting for an answer and decided to give her one.
“Mother, you know you can’t do that the competition is in a few days, and I need to train for it. I thought you wanted me to win it?” Sierra said looking at her mother.
“I do, but you really seem sure that I won’t prevent you from training, do you?” The queen asked with a smirk on her face.
“Actually I don’t, because I know how much it means to you that I win that competition.” She replied.
The queen walked right up to Sierra’s face.“Watch me.” With that, she proceeded to walk away to make preparations, but she spoke out once more with her back to her daughter. “Oh and Sierra, don’t forget they will be arriving in two hours, so don’t disappoint me.”
With that, she left her daughter with her thoughts and headed down to the throne chamber where she knew Selena was waiting to speak with her. When she entered the throne chamber she didn’t see her at first and called out to her to see if she was still there before heading to her chamber to speak with her.
“Selena.” The queen called out.
Sensing her mother coming towards the throne chamber to see her, Selena decided to test her powers on her mother and hid all of her senses and aura from her and waited to see if she would find her in there. When she couldn’t she smirked and answered her mother to let her know where she was.
“I’m right here mother.” She said from her own thrown.
“How is it that I couldn’t sense her, she was sitting right there.” She asked herself and then walked up to her daughter. “So, what was it you wanted to talk with me about?” She asked.
“Well…” She began as she began to appear thinking about it.
“What’s going on Selena, just tell me?” She put her hands on her hips.
Ignoring her mother’s comment she continued. “Well… I wanted to ask you about my father.”
Just then she felt Eris creep up behind the door to listen in on what was going on, and wondered why her mother hadn’t felt her there yet. She looked at the door for a brief second, shrugged her shoulders, and then looked back to her mother when she began talking.
“Why do you want to know about your father, did someone tell you something about him?” The queen asked.
“It’s nothing forget it.” She gets up fast from her seat, turns away from her mother, and folded her arms. She was going to get her answers now. Her mother was a curious creature and knew she wouldn’t last long. Selena smirked when she began speaking.
“What have you heard about him, Selena?” She asked forcefully.
Selena turns to face her mother with her arms still crossed and said, “Don’t take that tone with me mother, I just wanted to know where he is.”
“Why do you want to know?” She asked. Now she was curious as to what her daughter was getting at.
“Mother don’t play games with me. Where’s my father and don’t lie to me?” She said.
“I’m not playing any games with you; you know I told you long ago that your father died when you and your siblings were all very young.” The queen answered.
Outside the door, Eris continued to listen in on her mother and sister talking about their father and wondered where Selena was going with this. When she heard her mother’s response to Selena’s question she responded to herself quietly, “That’s what she said to me as well.”
“Hn…” She hummed as she hears Eris’s statement, and then turns her attention back to her mother. “Mother I’m going to ask you one more time. Where is my father?” She said as she began growling.
“Selena, how can I tell you where he is, he’s dead.” She replied.
Selena sighs as she bends her head down where her bangs are covering her eyes, and begins to growl louder.
“Mother how can you stand there and lie to my face? My father is alive, and I know where to find him.” She responded with a growl in her voice.
The queen’s eyes went wide at what Selena said, and she wondered where she got the information from that he was in fact alive.
“How do you know he’s alive?” She asked hoping to get an answer out of her.
Listening outside Eris’s eyes went wide when she heard from Selena that their father was alive and that she knew where to find him.
“So he’s alive… I had a feeling it was true.” Eris says quietly.
Selena hearing her sister’s comment quickly looks back at her without turning her head, and then she turned back to her mother. “It doesn’t matter where I got the information from; the point is you lied to me. Why?” She asked trying to keep her anger in check, but failing miserably.
“Selena I never lied to you.” She sees Selena turn her back to her. “He really did die a long time ago.” She reached up and put a hand on her shoulder hoping to calm her.
“You didn’t answer my question mother, why did you lie to all of us all these years?” She thought about it for a second and continued on. “Oh wait I know it’s because I am like him and you didn’t want me to be. Is that it?”
“No, it's not…” She tried to say but Selena stopped her.
“Hmm… Come to think of it.” She turns to face her mother. “That’s probably the reason you never did pay very much attention to me or any of my brothers after our father supposedly died...” After she said that her aura started spiking again and she started growling her disapproval.
“What’s going on?” The queen asked herself. “You know that’s not true Selena. I really do care.” She shouted.

Eris looked on in amazement at the display at Selena’s power, suddenly she felt someone behind her and turned to look and found Doshi standing a few feet away. He probably felt Selena’s power and came to investigate.
“Eris what’s going on in there?” Doshi asked.
“Selena and mother are going at it again, here have a look.” She got up from where she was and let him look through the door.
When he looked through the door what he saw shocked him, Selena was standing in front of their mother surrounded by a red light and her powers were getting stronger.
“What do you think could be happening Doshi?” Eris asked.
“Well from the looks of things this could only mean one thing. She’s on the verge of transforming, and from the looks of it she’s going to need help.” He replied not looking away from the door.
“What are we going to do to help her?” She asked with worry in her voice.
“You and I can’t do anything to help her unless the one giving her power requests it. She needs the help of another source of power that we can’t give her.” He said beating the door with his fist wishing to help her. ”Hopefully she will pull through.” He stated.
Outside Delos is coming out of the stables with his horse and was just about to leave the grounds of the palace when he felt an enormous amount of energy coming from the palace; he dropped his horse’s reigns and turned quickly to investigate. As soon as he got closer to the throne chamber where he knew Selena and her mother were he noticed Eris and Selena’s brother Doshi peaking inside the door.
“Eris, what’s going on in there?” Delos asked as he walked up behind them.
Eris and Doshi both turned to look at him and Doshi spoke for her, “Selena and our mother are going at it again. Here look for yourself.” He stepped to the side to let Delos have a look inside.
He walked up to the door and looked in and what he saw inside shocked him, Selena was standing in front of her mother growling and glowing like she was earlier.
“So that’s where all of that energy was coming from,” Delos said.
“Yes that’s where it’s coming from, but I’m afraid that if she doesn’t control it, it might destroy her,” Doshi said in a sad voice.
“Destroy her.” He looked back at Doshi. “What do you mean?” He asked.
“Selena at this very moment is very powerful, even more, powerful than our older brother, and she needs an even more powerful person to help her control her powers and in doing so allowing her to transform so she can handle her own power, or help to stop them from escalating.” He said as he moved closer to the door so he could continue to look inside.
“Must save mate, you have power. Protect our mate.” Delos’s beast said in his mind.
“I will do so, but for now we need to be patient.” He replied to his beast and turns to look inside the door once more.

“You know that’s not true mother, you know very well that I’m turning out to be just like him, and you just don’t like that I’m turning into him. But I wonder though, why is it that you told me that he died all those years ago when you knew very well that he was alive?” She asked.
“I just wanted to protect you.” The queen responded sadly.
“Protect me ha? Protect me from what, my father?” She asked putting her hands on her hips.
“No, from turning into your father.” The queen stated calmly.
That was all it took and she started glowing even more. With a grunt, she fell to the floor.
“Selena, what’s wrong?” The queen asked as she bends down next to her and puts a hand on her shoulder.
“Selena!!!” Screamed Delos, Doshi, and Eris as they slammed the door open and ran towards her.
Selena was now beginning her transformation, she was in her second form, but not yet completely transformed. Her whole body was now covered in white fur; she had white wolf-like ears on top of her head, and a long whitetail. Her face resembled a wolf but she was still humanoid in body, she developed claws with maroon tips on the end, and maroon stripes now appeared on her face, wrists, arms, waist, and ankles.
She looked at all of them, and in turn, they all noticed her eyes were now blood red with anger as she was merging with her beast.
“Ugh… Get away from me!” Selena says in a voice that was not her own and pushes them all away.
“Mother, what’s going on?” Eris asked looking between her mother and sister.
“I was afraid of this.” She said to herself and turns to Eris. “She’s transforming.” She looked back at Selena on the floor.
“Selena,” Doshi said quietly as he growled softly, trying to help calm her down.
“I’ve got to help her,” Delos says to himself as he races to her side, and bends down next to her. “Selena…”
Selena looks at him with red eyes and starts growling at him not recognizing his scent.
“Who are you, get away from me?” She asked in her new voice.
“Selena, it’s me, Delos. I am here for you and I want to help you through your transformation.” He said growling lowly to her.
Selena looked to him with wide eyes, did she hear correctly? Was he really going to help her? She was going to find out as she said, “You wanna help me, why? Ugh…” She said squeezing her eyes shut growling.
“I wanna help you because I know what you’re going through, and I know you will need my help.” He replied softly.
“Alright, I trust you.” She said as she nodded her head.
That was when both of them started glowing even more at the same time. The queen tried to go to her, but the closer she got to Selena the louder Selena’s growling became so she slowly back away from them.
“Selena.” The Queen said with a sigh.
Selena’s now silent, with her head lowered low. Suddenly all in the chamber hears a pulsing sound coming from Selena, and her hair begins to start flying around her due to the force of her powers swirling around her. Selena suddenly looks up and screams as a blinding light comes out of her eyes, and she leans over clenching her teeth in pain.
“Delos, you must do it now,” Doshi said loud enough for him to hear.
They looked at each other for a brief moment and nodded to each other. All there waiting to see if Selena would pull through.
“I think I’m going to need your help, I don’t think I’m strong enough to give her enough energy,” Delos said looking at Doshi.
This is what he was waiting for, nodding to Delos, Doshi knelt down on Selena’s other side and put a hand on her shoulder. Selena looked to him when she felt another hand on her and knew by his scent that it was Doshi, she nodded to both for them to continue.
“I’m sorry Selena,” Delos said softly to her, and then reaches over and pulls the sleeve off her left shoulder, leans forward, and sinks his fangs into her shoulder. After he did that he began pouring his powers into Selena’s body to help her transform.
“I’m sorry as well Selena,” Doshi said softly in her ear.
Taking Delos’s notion, he reaches over and pulls the sleeve off her right shoulder, leans forward, and sinks his own fangs into her shoulder. After he knew he had her he began pouring his own powers into Selena’s body to help her transform.
Selena yelps out in pain as each one of the males bit into her shoulders and feels something entering her body. She realized that it was both of them giving her the power she needed to control her powers and finish her transformation. As she sat there she also wondered where Doshi was getting so much power from. For his was overpowering Delos’s giving her the extra powers she needed to finish transforming. Deciding to think about it later Selena sat there and let their powers soak through her body.
When Delos and Doshi thought she had enough of their power to sustain her and allow her to transform they released her shoulder, and with that came the ability for Doshi and Selena, and Delos and Selena to read the minds of the other without the others knowing.
“You have the power, now transform,” Delos growled out as he rises slowly and backs away from her to let her complete the transformation.
“Yes, we are here if you need further assistance.” Growled Doshi as he stood as well to let her complete her transformation.
“What did you two do to her?” The queen asked.
“We gave Selena the power she needed to control her powers and transform,” Doshi replied as they all turned back to watch Selena transform.
“Selena,” Eris said softly.
Feeling the two powers and her own washing over her, she stood to let her transformation complete. She rose into the air and began spinning. While she was spinning her true form was beginning to show itself. Her fur, ears, and tail started to disappear leaving Selena with milky white skin, the claws with maroon tips remained on her hands. She now had pointy elfin ears, and now had Doshi’s dark blue-green markings under her own markings that stayed present on her body.
“Wow, she’s so beautiful,” Eris said quietly as they all watched her transform.
“Yes, yes she is,” Delos replied while licking his lips, and Doshi nodding in agreement.
As she finishes the transformation, she opens her eyes and slowly floats down, and lands on the ground now in her true form. She begins laughing after she looked at the stripes on her wrist while she said, “My transformation is now complete. I am now exactly like our father and I have you three to thank for that. Especially you two, thank you.” She looked at the guys and winked.
“You are most welcome my lady,” Delos responded with a nod of his head.
“You don’t need to thank us, Selena, we’re just happy to see that you made it through.” Responded Doshi.
“I’m sorry for being rude, but I have pressing matters to attend too. Please excuse me, Delos. Eris please follow me.”
“Its fine Selena, I have to get going anyways.” Responded Delos.
“Alright then be careful ok, and come back soon.” She said with a smile on her face.
“Ok. I’ll see you later my lady. ” Delos said smiling at her.
“See ya,” Selena said as she nods her head and then turns to face Eris and nods her head just slightly indicating that she was to follow her.
Selena starts to walk off with her sister and now Doshi in toe behind her with him wondering what they were going to talk about, and Delos goes off to do his own thing.
“Selena… Eris… Doshi… Come back here!” The queen tried to get them to respond but they kept on walking.
They all walked out of the throne chamber and headed to Selena’s wing where they all walked into her chambers and Selena began telling Eris and Doshi about their father wanting to see Eris and herself. Doshi wanted to go as well so Eris and Doshi went to get themselves ready to go see their father.
Doshi walked to his wing and into his chambers to get himself ready. Once he was dressed and ready to go he gathered his weapons and began heading back to Selena’s chambers.
Eris walked to her own wing to get herself ready and changed her clothing for the journey ahead. She gathered a few weapons and began heading back to Selena’s chambers.

In Selena’s chambers, Selena began getting her riding clothes on. She was dressed in a dark blue hakama and haori set with a light blue juban underneath and a gold sash that tied the whole thing together and black boots on her feet. She fastens a light blue cloth on her clothing that would hang down until she’s ready to wrap it around her face. She fastens her weapons holder on her back as she puts on a dark blue cape to hide the holder and finished the look she wanted. On her right leg, she fastened a small dagger, and she places her Sais in their holders on her back as well as her sword and continues getting ready.
Eris herself is now ready and waiting in Selena’s chambers. She’s dressed in a light blue hakama and a white haori, black boots were on her feet, and a silver sash was tied around her waist. She had on a black cloth to cover her face, and a black cape on as well as her selected weapons on her person.
After a while, Doshi came to Selena’s chamber dressed and ready to go. He was wearing riding clothes as the girls were. He had on a black hakama and haori set with a yellow/gold juban underneath with a blue/green sash to tie the whole look together and black boots on his feet. He also had on a black cape and cloth to complete his look. Like Selena, he had his weapons situated on his person with a sword fastened to his back and a dagger on his right leg.
Suddenly there was a knock at Selena’s door, knowing who it was she answered him.
“I’m coming, hold on a sec,” Selena said as she finished what she was doing and walked to the door and opened it revealing Armon on the other side. “Hey, Armon, what’s up?”
Armon is a gold Inu chaiura and Selena’s slightly older brother with long red hair that falls past his knees, with piercing golden eyes, and these maroon colored markings on his face. He was wearing his usual attire a white hakama and haori set with black designs on the haori, a black juban underneath, black boots on his feet, and a red sash tied around his waist.
“I just… Hn…” He began as he took in Selena’s new appearance, and he looked at her with wide eyes.
“What is it, what’s wrong?” She asked him.
“Hn… You’ve finally transformed.” He stated more than asked.
“Yes, just a little while ago actually, now I am just like you, Doshi, and our father. So what was it that you wanted?” she asked him.
“I just wanted to know what was going on with Sierra and mother earlier.” He stated.
“Ah, I see. We are having guest here at the palace tonight, and Sierra was just being stubborn. You know how she is.” She replied.
“That’s all I wanted to know. Well, I guess I’ll see you three later, I have to get ready to leave.” He said to her.
“Oh really, and where are you going?” Eris asked him coming up behind Selena.
“I am leaving today with Arion to do some training for the competition.” He responded.
“Will you two be back here before the competition?” Selena asked.
“We’ll have to see how well the training goes.” He responded.
“Ok then, you two go train hard for the competition, so that when we do go against each other I don’t beat any of you,” Selena said with a smirk.
“Oh we will dear sister, you can count on that, and you four just be ready for when the day comes.” He countered.
“I assure you we’ll be ready. You two be careful.” Selena said.
“Always… bye.” He said as he turns and walks off.
“Bye,” Selena said quietly and closes the door and continues getting ready.
A little while later there was a knock on Selena’s door, knowing who was behind the door she growled and answered.
“Who is it?” Selena asked from her side of the door.
“It’s me, Selena, may I come in?” Sierra asked from the other side of the door.
“No, not right now, I’m busy,” Selena replied from inside the chamber.
Sierra not caring about Selena’s answer opens the door anyways, walks into the chamber, and noticed Eris and Doshi in there as well.
“So where are you three going?” Sierra asked looking between the three of them.
Selena came out of her bathing chamber fully dressed and looked at Sierra in her chamber. “If mother never told you, then it’s none of your business. Now Leave!” Selena said growling.
That was when Sierra took in Selena’s new look and thought she looked beautiful. She then looked at the others and wondered where they were going so she asked again.
“So why are you three dressed like that, are you going somewhere?” Sierra asked.
“I’m warning you, leave now Sierra. Don’t make me say it again.” Selena said as she looks to the others in the chamber, and nods to them signaling that they were ready, and they all walked out the door.
Sierra gets up quickly to go after them, but as she went out the door she noticed that they disappeared.
“Selena, Eris, Doshi!” She screamed trying to determine where they were when they didn’t answer she decided to leave it alone for a while and go do some training.
Selena, Doshi, and Eris walked out of the palace and headed to the stables to get their horses ready. Selena snapped her fingers and Bara entered the stables from outside. Bara walked up to her mistress and bent her head to acknowledge her.
“We are going to see our father, and I need you to accompany me,” Selena said quietly to the horse. Bara nodded, and Selena saddled the horse. “Ok Bara can you transform for me?” She asked the horse.
“Yes, mistress,” Bara said in her mind and transformed.
Selena’s eyes widened when she heard her horse speak to her and thought it was a new power she had gained with transforming. She shrugged and turned to the others. Eris whistled for her horse and in came Arashi, she saddled him, and asked him to transform. He nodded and transformed. Selena then turned to Doshi and like she did he snapped his fingers and in came his horse Ryuu. He saddled him and asked him to transform as well. The horse nodded and transformed.
“Are you two ready?” Selena asked them gathering her reins.
“Yep.” Said Eris gathering her own reins.
“Ready here Selena,” Doshi said.
“Well let's be off then. Don’t wanna keep father waiting.” Selena said to them.
They all walked their horses out of the stables, and just as they exited Selena hears someone calling for her. They all looked to the left and sees Themis riding up to them.
“Are you ready my ladies?” He asked them and then looked at Doshi. “I didn’t know you were coming, my lord.” He said as he glanced at Doshi.
“Yes, I’m going to accompany them. Is that a problem?” Doshi asked from his horse with a raised brow.
“Not at all my lord.” He stated back.
“Good let us be off then,” Selena said to everyone.
“Alright then follow me,” Themis said to everyone and took off with everyone following close behind him.
They rode through the gardens just as their mother came outside to stop them. Sensing her mother Selena looks back once more before they jumped over the wall and disappeared.
“Selena, Eris, Doshi No!!!” The queen screamed as she fell to her knees in tears.
“What’s wrong my lady?” Tenshi asked as she walked up and knelt down beside the queen.
Tenshi is a snow panther chaiura with snowy white hair and beautiful gray eyes. She was wearing a plain brown hakama and haori with a light brown sash tied around her waist.
“Selena, Eris, and now Doshi just found out about their father being alive and went to go see him.” The queen responded as she rose to her feet, and wiped the tears from her face.
“You knew this day would come majesty, there was no way you could have stopped them,” Tenshi responded.
“I know but what if they don’t return? Especially Doshi when he finds out the truth about himself.”
“What do you mean my lady?” She asked the queen.
“Doshi is not their brother, he was adopted by the king and I a little bit before Selena was born.” The queen said with a sigh.
“Why haven’t you told him, my lady?” She asked.
“I really don’t know Tenshi, but hopefully when he does find out he doesn’t turn on me like Selena did.” The queen stated.
“Your pup didn’t turn on you my lady. Do you really blame her for you not telling her about her father being alive?” She responded to the queen.
“I guess you’re right Tenshi.” The queen said with a sigh.
“Just have faith in them and they will return to you,” Tenshi said helping to help calm down her lady.
“I hope you’re right.” Said the queen as she turned and headed into the palace to await her pups return.
